  From start to finish I wish I had never heard of the gas superstore. I found them through Quidco, and placed an order for a range cooker, and although they offered next day delivery I opted for a spot two weeks in advance. They emailed the day before to say it was delayed. (bit of a problem as my other cooker had been dismantled and i was now without one) I called to ask why, told the supplier had delayed their delivery. 2 weeks later, I was again told no news. I rang the supplier to see if they had any issues with supply, and was told this model was in stock had always been in stock and would be delivered within a couple of days. I was then told by the Gas Superstore that the supplier would not send out the items until they had paid their bill. After speaking with the owner on several occasions, we were finally given a date 6 weeks after - and the range was finally delivered - or part of it was! The delivery drivers scraped my block paving getting it in, and forgot to deliver the trays, gas rings and all accessories, so it was useless without it. The customer services team were rude and unhelpful and I would suggest that rather than try and save yourself a few pounds, deal with a reputable company that cares about its customers. I will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to anyone on any level. They clearly have issues that need dealing with, and I am not alone in my view.
